Before the deeper notes appear, Labdanum provides a layer of smoky resinous depth. The middle accord combines Rose, patchouli, and saffron, giving this stage floral depth. The dry-down rests on Agarwood, sandalwood, and cedar, leaving dry woody structure. The arrangement keeps Labdanum legible while allowing Rose to soften or deepen the overall amber floral profile.
As the first impression recedes, Rose takes on more weight, before Agarwood becomes more apparent in the dry-down, revealing a different side of the same profile. Its character sits between smoky resinous depth and dry woody structure, rather than leaning entirely in one direction.
