We want you to find your perfect fragrance, but understand that sometimes scents don’t click. This policy outlines how to return a perfume purchase from perfumeshop.co.za.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your perfume.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals and cellophane intact. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Method:

  • Return by Courier Guy.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all protective materials.
  • We will schedule a pick-up with Courier Guy.

Return Costs:

  • Our error (incorrect item sent, damaged, or faulty on arrival): we cover the full cost of the return courier.
  • Change of mind (wrong scent, no longer wanted, etc.): a R70 return courier fee applies, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and verify it meets our policy, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
