Qissah Ayka – 100ml approaches the fresh, warm, sweet, smoky style through Peony, Citrus, and Mandarin (or general citrus), balancing brightness, texture and depth. The composition starts on Peony, Citrus, and Mandarin (or general citrus), using the accord to create bright citrus lift. As it develops, Osmanthus and Rose move forward and add floral depth. Sandalwood, Patchouli, and Pink Pepper form the base, bringing the composition to dry woody structure.

Allowing the scent to settle makes the shift from Peony to Osmanthus, and Sandalwood is easier to notice once the opening has faded easier to follow. Peony supplies the most obvious cue, but Citrus prevents it from standing apart from the rest of the formula.

The contrast is important: placing Peony against Sandalwood stops the composition from resolving too quickly.
